LAUNCH WEBSITE / PRIVACY

Your enquiry. Handled with care.

This notice covers the public SOuL'D launch website and creator enquiries. Updated 24 October 2026. Contact the SOuL'D team at hell@sould.me about your information.

What you send us

The creator form asks for your public name or handle, email, product category and description. A product or profile link is optional. Please do not include passwords, private keys, financial account details or confidential customer information. You can also contact us by email without using the form.

What happens when you send

“Send enquiry” uploads the form to our server. We validate it and send an email through Resend to hell@sould.me. The email contains the details you entered and your email address so we can reply. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho. The message is stored in our mailbox and processed by these email providers; it is not a private, device-only draft.

If you choose “Prepare an email instead”, the page prepares a draft on your device. That draft is only sent if you send it through your email app. Neither route subscribes you to marketing or approves you as a seller.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to assess a possible creator relationship, answer you and keep the related correspondence. We use limited technical information to protect the website and sending service from abuse. Where applicable, these uses rely on responding to your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and protecting the service. We do not sell enquiry details or publish them as creator profiles.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Network requests expose technical information such as your IP address to the hosting provider. Our enquiry endpoint derives a hash from the network address for sending limits; sending counters do not contain your form message. Provider acceptance references and limited operational records may also be retained. These records are separate from the email in our mailbox.

The public landing does not load Privy sign-in, Whop checkout, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Provider logos are locally served images. Following an X, Telegram, Pump or email link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Storage and service providers

We keep correspondence while handling the enquiry and any resulting creator relationship, and where needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Sending-limit records are replaced as their rate-limit windows roll over. Email providers and hosting services can retain operational records and backups under their own policies. Processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States. Ask us for details about the providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form. We need an email address to answer an enquiry made through it. To request access, correction or deletion, or to object to our use of your details, email hell@sould.me. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable law may also give you rights to restriction, portability and a complaint to your local data protection authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes.

Before marketplace accounts and purchases open

This notice does not describe an active marketplace account or purchase service. We will provide the relevant account, payment, seller and refund information before opening those services. The public launch form is only an enquiry.
